AIに奪われる仕事の代表は？著作権との関係で考えてみた
こんな内容のニュース記事を見たことのある方も多いでしょう。
本記事では著作権との関係で、AIに奪われる仕事を考えてみます。

■AIに奪われる仕事の代表は？
2月8日（日）は雪と選挙でしたね。
マスコミは雪だ選挙だと過度に盛り上がっていました。
マスコミの存在意義について多くの議論がありました。
そこでAIに奪われる仕事の代表と言われるマスコミで考えてみます。
■AIに奪われる仕事を著作権との関係で考えてみた
マスコミの仕事は次の２つに分けられます。
①何を報じるか？（what）
②どういう表現で報じるか？（how）
これらは著作権で守られるでしょうか？
「何を報じるか？」については著作権で守られるものはありません。
報じる内容を単に選択したに過ぎず、著作物とは言えないからです。
ちなみに、これと似ているのは「商標」です。
商標は「選択物」です。著作権で守られる「創作物」ではありません。
この話しは却ってわかりにくいので、別の記事で補足します。
■「②どういう表現で報じるか？」は著作権で守られる？
こちらは創作性が認められます。著作物として著作権で保護されます。
ただし、単なる事実の列挙のようなものは著作物ではありません。
またここが最大のポイントですが、
✓AIは表現を変更するのは得意！
結局、著作権で守られても、AIの前では無力になりがちです。
■『AIに仕事を奪われる』の様々な側面
✓①②はどちらも保護するのは難しいのです。
これがマスコミが「AIに奪われる仕事」の代表たるゆえんです。
そこでマスコミは、表現を過激にするしかないのです。
たしかに、表現を過激にすれば、AIに対抗できるかも知れません。
雪や選挙で大げさに煽るのは、そういう面もあるのでしょう。
✓わたし個人的には、AIとの比較で言えばマスコミに頑張ってほしい。
独自の取材によるオリジナルの記事など正攻法で戦ってほしい。
そしてAIによる著作権侵害には粛々と法的措置を講じてほしいです。
✓ホワイトカラーの仕事には上記と同じリスクがあるかも知れません。
