「きちんとレビューする天気予報」はビジネスモデル特許になる？
関東で「台風」といわれてイメージするのは、
✓今年は、梅雨以降ずっとプチ台風のような涼しい天気
✓台風が東京を通過したときもふつうの雨模様
✓暑くないときに、その代わりにお天気ニュースのネタになる
✓ここ数年は、台風といえば涼しさを運んでくれるありがたい存在
「台風」という言葉から「強風」「嵐」のイメージはほぼ消えました。
とはいえ、用心するに越したことはないですね。
今年は千葉で大雨の被害もありました。
お天気ニュースのオオカミ少年のせい！そんな声も上がっていました。
どうせまた大したことないと車で出た方もいるのかも知れませんね。
結局問題なのは、天気予報がレビューをしないことです。
言いっぱなしになっているので、オオカミ少年と言われます。
「きちんとレビューする天気予報」があれば良いと思いませんか？

結論としては、特許になります！

もちろん単に「レビューする」というだけではダメです。
予報のデータと、実際の天気のデータと、これらを比較して・・・
そんな感じできちんと発明を特定する必要があります。
その発明に新規性・進歩性があれば特許になります。
天気予報はレビューするのが当たり前！いずれそうなったら・・・
特許を持っていればとても価値のあるものになります。
天気予報をレビューするサイトやアプリを作るのもいいですね。
いろんなアイデアで特許を目指せることを覚えてください！
