こんなAIセミナーなら受けたい！特許セミナーとの共通点
セミナーというからには、生成AIをビジネスで使う人向けですね。
生成AIセミナーを受けようかと迷われている方向けに書いてみます。
セミナーがこんな内容ならおススメする／しないを考察します。
また、私たち弁理士による特許セミナーとの共通点を考えてみます。

生成AIセミナーがそういうものなら、微妙です。
きちんとデメリットやリスクの説明があるセミナーがおススメです。
ちなみに当ブログでは、生成AIをビジネスで使うことは勧めません。
著作権侵害、情報漏洩、客先への納品物の欠陥、思考力の低下・・・
リスクは山積みです！
仮に生成AIにメリットがあっても、デメリットがあまりに致命的です。
こうしたリスクやデメリットがきちんと解消される！
そんなことを教えてくれるAIセミナーなら、私も受けてみたいです。
■（２）最もビジネスとして上手くいくのはだれか？
ちなみに「生成AIでラクラク儲かる」みたいのはおススメしません。
✓ビジネスセミナーで最も儲かるのは、セミナー講師！
これはいつの時代も変わりません。
儲けるのが必ずしも悪いということではありません。
そのことを承知した上で受講することが重要です。
■（３）特許セミナーとの共通点
上記のようなことをいうと、弁理士の特許セミナーはどうなのか？
そんな疑問があるかも知れません。
特許セミナーは上記（１）は当然です。
特許を取ることのメリット・デメリットをお伝えします。

■ (1) Do they provide a thorough explanation of the risks?
You want to adopt something new!
In such cases, comparing the pros and cons is crucial.
"Just use generative AI for everything!"
If that’s the message of the seminar, I’d be skeptical.
I recommend seminars that properly explain the downsides and risks.
Incidentally, on this blog, I do not recommend using generative AI for business.
Copyright infringement, information leaks, defects in deliverables sent to clients, a decline in critical thinking skills...
The risks are immense!
Even if generative AI has benefits, the downsides are simply too critical.
"Here’s how to properly resolve those risks and downsides!"
If an AI seminar taught that, even I would want to attend.
■ (2) Who actually profits the most in business?
By the way, I don't recommend seminars that promise you'll "make easy money with generative AI."
✓ In business seminars, the person making the most money is the instructor!
That has always been true.
Making a profit isn't necessarily a bad thing.
The important thing is to attend with that fact in mind.
■ (3) Common ground with patent seminars
You might be wondering: "If that’s the case, what about patent seminars held by patent attorneys?"
For patent seminars, point (1) above is a given.
We explain both the benefits and the drawbacks of obtaining a patent.
In particular, we emphasize the importance of conducting patent searches.
We don't simply tell people to file patent applications for everything. Furthermore, a patent is not a ticket to easy profits, as implied in point (2) above.
A patent serves as a supporting element for business success.
However, while it is a supporting tool, it is arguably essential for small businesses.
It acts as the single most powerful "weapon," "shield," and form of "insurance" for competing against major corporations.
