くだらない発想こそ特許になる！【特許の価値とは】
言い方が微妙であれば、だれも考えない意外なことこそ特許になる！
そう考えるといいかも知れません。
ネット社会・SNS社会の現代、情報は山のようにあります。
多くは宣伝広告や刺激を求める情報です（アテンション・エコノミー）。
それでもふだん気付きにくい意外な発見につながることもあります。
以下では一例をご紹介しながらご説明します。

（１）「キーボードにマウス機能を統合！もうマウスはいらない！」
（２）特許は価値とは？名誉的なものではない
（３）あなたの会社の製品にプラスしてみる
どんなものだと思いますか？
どんなものなんだろう？と考えて思いついたのが・・・
✓キーボードをマウスのように上下左右に動かせる！（★）
実際そのキーボードは様々なマウスの機能を備えているようです。
特許切れの機能を使ってもいるとのことです。
ただ、キーボード全体を動かせるのでなかった！（笑）
■（２）特許は価値とは？名誉的なものではない
上記（★）の発想はくだらないですね。
ただ、こういう意外なものほど特許は取りやすいです。
特許とは技術的な価値に対する名誉的なものではありません。
ある発明をはじめて考えた人に与えられるものです。
いや、特許が取れれば、一定期間その発明を独占できます。
ビジネスとしては、これ以上の価値はないでしょう！
■（３）あなたの会社の製品にプラスしてみる
ぜひ上記のようなくだらない発想をいろいろ考えてみてください！
その発想自体で特許を目指さなくても構いません。
あなたの会社の製品に、そのアイデアをプラスできませんか？
アイデアに進歩性があれば、製品全体として特許が目指せます！
私もせっかくなので、
✓全体を動かして操作できるキーボードは特許取れるか？
✓なにか別の製品に応用できないか？
✓逆にマウスにキーボードの機能はどうか？（スマホみたいなもの？）
などいろいろ考えたり、特許調査もしてみたいと思います！

I saw this advertisement.
What do you think it is?
I wondered what it could be, and I came up with...
✓ You can move the keyboard up, down, left, and right like a mouse! (★)
Apparently, that keyboard actually has various mouse functions.
It even uses functions whose patents have expired.
However, it doesn't allow you to move the entire keyboard! (laughs)
■(2) What is the value of a patent? It's not about prestige.
The idea in (★) above is silly, isn't it?
However, it's often the most unexpected things like this that are easier to patent.
A patent isn't a prestige for technical value.
It's given to the person who first conceived of an invention.
No, if you get a patent, you can monopolize that invention for a certain period.
From a business perspective, there's no greater value than that!
■(3) Try adding it to your company's products
Please try thinking of various silly ideas like the ones above!
You don't have to aim for a patent on the idea itself.
Can you add that idea to your company's products?
If the idea has inventiveness, you can aim for a patent on the entire product!
Since I'm at it, I'll ask myself:
✓Can a keyboard that can be operated by moving the entire thing be patented?
✓Could this be applied to any other product?
✓Conversely, what about a mouse with keyboard functionality? (Like a smartphone?)
I'd like to consider various possibilities and also conduct patent research!
