生成AIによる権利侵害を法務省が法的整理？本質的な論点3つ

■（１）これまでどおりクリエーターは保護される
法的整理をするそうですが、クリエーターの保護は変わりません。
単に法律をわかりやすくまとめるだけかも知れません。
また、法律を増やすとしても、AIを規制する方向でしょう。
AIを緩和して、クリエーターの保護は減縮される…
そんなことにはなりません。
産業の発展（AI）と文化の発展（著作権）は別物でどちらも重要です。
■（２）市場の希釈化
AIの本質的な問題は「市場の希釈化」です。
一つ一つは著作権を侵害しない、しかしそれが無限に生成される。
このことで創作物が埋もれてしまう問題です。
AIを規制する際には、本質的にはこの問題を避けられません。
AIの悪影響を最も受けているのはメディアでしょう。
メディアはどう動くのでしょうか？
■（３）そもそもAIへの関心は？
そもそもみんなAIに興味はあるのでしょうか？
ここ数年、ネットではずっとAIが普及しつつあると言っています。
ちなみに、私のPCにはAIの記事は多いです。
ただ、スマホには全くAIの記事は表示されません。
AIの記事が多いのは広告主や株価などの影響などもあるのでしょうか。
メディアはAIからの悪影響を受けるけれど、話題にしないといけない…
こんなジレンマを抱えているようにも見えます。
