退職代行の本質は？次の〇〇代行を考えよう！
弁護士法違反の内容があるとすればたしかに問題です。
このニュースに対してネットでこんなコメントを見かけました。
「誰かが考えたビジネスを弁護士法の名のもと剥奪しようとしている」
このコメントの言いたいこともわかります。
ただ、弁護士法違反はやはりマズい。
弁護士とそれ以外のサービスが共存して利用者が選べるといいですね。
■退職代行で特許が取れた？
最初に退職代行を考えた人は、特許で独占できたかも知れません。
いわゆる「ビジネスモデル特許」です。
特許は、自分で実施しない（実施できない）ものでも取れます。
弁護士でない者が、弁護士の独占業務の内容でも、特許を取れます。
退職代行は、すでに公知ですから、もう特許は取れません。
他にアイデアはないでしょうか？
アイデアを出すときは「抽象化」「具体化」を繰り返すのもお勧めです。
退職代行の本質はなんでしょうか？
✓言いづらいことを代わりに伝えてくれる
と抽象化してみます。これを再度、具体化すると・・・
ちなみに、退職代行を批判する人は、メンタルが強いのでしょうね。
退職を申し出ることくらい自分でできないのか？
そういう思考です。時代の変化もあるのでしょうね。
例えば、ナンパできる人は、できない人にどうして？と思います。
退職代行への批判も、本質は同じです。
そんなことを考えていたら、次の〇〇代行が思いつきました。
「告白代行」！
これはビジネスにならないでしょうか？
おそらく弁護士法などの問題も生じないでしょう。
ビジネスモデル特許は取れる？それともすでに存在する？
こんなことを考えるのも、特許や新規ビジネスにはいいものです。
考えるだけでも楽しいものですね！
