優しい現代ではコンサルも優しい！その理由３つ
税理士、社労士、中小企業診断士などなど。
はじめてお会いするときには少なからず緊張します。
あなたもきっとそうだと思います。
ところが実際会ってみると、みなさん優しいです。
しっかり話しを聞いてくれて、親切に丁寧に説明してくれます。
ではこういうギャップはなぜ生まれるのか？
①テレビ、②ネット、③専門性の３つで考えてみます。
①テレビ
テレビに出てくるコンサルサントは、なんか冷たい感じですね。
実際のコンサルタントはそのギャップもあって優しく感じます。
ちなみに私もネットの写真は厳しい印象だったそうです（笑）
お会いしたある方から印象が違ってよかったと言われました（笑）
②ネット
ネットがある現代は監視社会などと言われます。
たしかに、SNSなどで情報が共有されることが増えました。
私は監視社会はポジティブなイメージです。
ある意味「お天道さまが見ている」社会です。
社会全体が優しくなったと感じるのは私だけではないはずです。
③専門性
専門性が高い分野ほど、コンサルが話す相手は知識がありません。
コンサルは話しをしっかり聞いて、丁寧に説明しないといけませんね。
私もコンサルに対してトンチンカンな質問をしたかも知れません。
それでもきちんと意図を汲んでくれたみたいです。

The more specialized the field, the less knowledgeable the consultant is speaking to.
Consultants must listen carefully and explain things carefully.
I may have asked the consultant some silly questions.
But it seems they still understood my intentions.

We patent attorneys are patent consultants.
As a fellow consultant, I would like to follow their example.
