■Content of Consultations
The content of our consultations is basically the same, whether paid or free.
✓ Extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent research, and other areas (serving over 100 companies on paid requests only)
✓ Former Patent Office examiner and firm president (CEO)
I'm here to listen to your concerns.
I'll be friendly and informal.
✓ Usually, another staff member will be present.
However, there may be overlaps in requests.
In such cases, we may prioritize paying clients.
Priority will be given to those with the most serious and urgent needs.
■ Consultation Fees - This fee will be applied toward subsequent paid services.
Consultations at our firm typically last around an hour.
Consultation fees vary depending on the content.
Consultation fees generally range from 5,000 to 10,000 yen.
Lawyers tend to charge around 5,000 to 10,000 yen for 30 minutes.
When it comes to patents, patent attorneys are considered to have greater expertise.
I used lawyer consultation fees as a reference.
There is no additional charge for having experience as an examiner (lol).
After your consultation, you may request a paid service.
In such cases, the consultation fee will be applied to the paid service.
<Things to Consider>
✓Previously, we stopped using the term "low-cost" in our office information.
We shared how our business started to take off after we did so.
This article will utilize that success story.
However, the key point is that we decided to charge a fee (rather than free).
Since fee is secondary, perhaps we should keep it around 1,000 yen for the time being?
