「東京は雪に弱い」は誉め言葉？論理力・メンタルを鍛えよう
「東京は雪に弱い」なんて東京の人は自虐で言ったりしますね。

人の言葉には２種類あります。
「論理的」な言葉と「感情的」な言葉ですね。
論理力を高めるにはこの二つをきちんと区別するといいです。
「東京は雪に弱い」は典型的な感情的な表現です。
✓「東京」ってどこのことでしょう？
✓「雪」ってどんな状態のことでしょう？
✓「弱い」ってどういう状態のことでしょう？
これらが全くわかりません。
「東京は雪に弱い」はほぼ何も言っていないのと同じです。
感情的には「東京は雪に弱い」は東京の人にとっては誉め言葉かな？
ネガティブに聞こえる方（東京の方）はメンタルを鍛えましょう！
■（２）「東京は雪に弱い」でメンタルを鍛えよう！
東京の方が他地域の方に「東京は雪に弱い」と言われたとします。
この言葉に意味がないのは上述のとおりです。
仮にネガティブに感じるなら、解釈の仕方に問題があります。
ポジティブな解釈をしてみるのもいいものです。
これを「リフレーミング」といいます。
例えば、こう考えるのはどうでしょうか？
✓東京は雪に弱いような緻密なシステムで動いている
✓東京は人やビジネスが多いので、雪の影響を受けることも多い
✓東京は車が無くても生活できる人が多い
こうした考え方は、ネガティブな発言をスルーする際に役立ちます。
SNS社会に多い誹謗中傷をスルーする際に役立ちます。

✓Where does "Tokyo" refer to?
✓What kind of condition is "snow"?
✓What kind of condition is "weak"?
I have no idea about these.
"Tokyo is weak against snow" is essentially saying nothing.
Emotionally, is "Tokyo is weak against snow" a compliment to people from Tokyo?
If this sounds negative to you (Tokyo residents), you should train your mental strength!
■ (2) Train your mental strength with "Tokyo is weak against snow"!
Imagine a person from Tokyo being told by someone from another region that "Tokyo is weak against snow."
As mentioned above, this phrase is meaningless.
If you feel it is negative, then there is something wrong with how you are interpreting it.
It can also be a good idea to try interpreting it in a positive way.
This is called "reframing."
For example, how about thinking about it this way?
✓Tokyo operates on a complex system that is vulnerable to snow.
✓Tokyo is home to many people and businesses, so it is often affected by snow.
✓Many people in Tokyo can get by without a car.
This way of thinking can help you ignore negative comments.
It can also help you ignore the abusive comments that are common in social media.
