生成AIのこんな驚きの結末はどうでしょう？【AIの諸問題解消】
AI（特に生成AI）の未来はどうなるか？
そんな議論がネットを中心にあちこちでされています。
AIが意志を持つとか、人類を滅ぼすみたいな極論までありますね。
同じ極論として、生成AIの一つの未来を考えてみたいと思います。
著作権など知的財産権の専門家（弁理士）としての私見です。
クリエーター保護の視点です。著作権の基礎知識も学べます。

■（１）Googleと著作権
従来のGoogleは、検索結果の表示に留まっていました。
その際サイトの一部を表示することは著作権法違反ではありません。
いわゆる「軽微利用」です（著作権法第47条の5）
近年、生成AIによる検索結果が表示されます。
これは同一性があるなら、軽微利用を越えており著作権法違反です。
仮に、著作権法違反の生成AIがあるとします。
たしかに、生成AIによる検索結果のほうがわかりやすい。
利用者は、著作権法違反とは知らずに利用することもあるでしょう。
著作権法違反する生成AIを「悪貨」としましょう。
従来のGoogleが「良貨」です。
Googleとしては「悪貨」のせいで利用者が減ります。
さてどうするか？
Googleも一時的に「悪貨」のような行為に出るかも知れません。
そして、徹底的に「悪貨」を排除します。
そのうえでGoogleは「良貨」に戻る、つまり従来の仕様に戻る！
これで従来どおりクリエーターの保護が図られます。
これが生成AIの一つの未来というのはどうでしょうか？
■（３）トラブルのないAI利用が進む
上記の未来の場合、生成AIの利用はなくなるのか？
Googleの一強になれば、トラブルのないAI利用が進むでしょう。
つまり、現在の生成AIの諸問題が発生しない利用です。
（諸問題：著作権侵害、情報漏洩、犯罪利用など）
AIが生成時に諸問題が生じないことを判断すればいい話しです。
現在の生成AI（悪貨）は様々な問題を抱えています。
そのうえで生成AIの利用、特にビジネス利用はリスクばかりです。
AIの未来として、本記事のような極論はいかがでしょうか？
同じ極論でも、人類を滅ぼすよりも可能性があるし、健全ですね。

■(1) Google and Copyright
Previously, Google only displayed search results.
Displaying part of a website in this way is not a violation of copyright law.
This is what's known as "minor use" (Article 47-5 of the Copyright Act).
In recent years, search results generated by generative AI have been displayed.
If the results are identical, this goes beyond minor use and constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Let's say there is a generative AI that violates copyright law.
Indeed, search results generated by generative AI are easier to understand.
Users may use it without realizing that it violates copyright law.
■(2) Bad money doesn't drive out good money!
Let's call a generative AI that violates copyright law the "bad money."
The traditional Google is the "good money."
Google's users will decrease because of this "bad money."
So what should we do?
Google may temporarily behave like the "bad money."
Then, it will thoroughly eliminate the "bad money."
After that, Google will return to "good money," meaning it will return to its previous specifications!
This will ensure creators' protection as before.
How do you think this could be one future for generative AI?
In other words, bad money doesn't drive out good.
■ (3) Trouble-free AI Use Will Proliferate
In the above future, will generative AI disappear?
If Google becomes the dominant player, trouble-free AI use will likely progress.
In other words, it will be used without the problems that currently plague generative AI.
(Problems include copyright infringement, information leaks, and criminal use.)
All we need to do is determine whether the AI will generate the necessary information.
Current generative AI (bad money) faces a variety of issues.
Furthermore, the use of generative AI, especially for business purposes, is fraught with risk.
What do you think of the extreme view of AI as the future?
Even if it's the same extreme view, it's more viable and healthier than destroying humanity.
