来年の目標は年内に立てよう！すぐに実行しよう【締め切り効果】
本年もありがとうございました。
わたし個人は年末年始も通常どおり動いています。

今日が仕事納めの方も多いと思います。
今回の年末年始も、前回に続き9連休の方も多いでしょう。
のんびりし過ぎると、あっという間に休みが終わっていた！
昨年がちょっと残念だった場合は、今年はその挽回ですね。
最も簡単で効果的なのは、
✓来年の目標を年内に立てること！
年内の行動には「締め切り効果」が働きますね。
夏休みの宿題と同様に、効率的にできるはずです。
■来年の目標はすぐに実行しよう！
来年の目標と言っても、来年にならなくてもできることがありますね。
そんなことは、今すぐにでも実行に移しましょう！
この実行にも「締め切り効果」が働いて、効率的にできるはずです。
2025年の年明けを思い出してみてください。
元日や三が日にアクティブに行動できましたか？
そのときの反省が生かせる方も多いかも知れませんね。
