人手不足と言われますね。
事業者（特にスモールビジネス）は求人のアイデアが必須です。
別の記事で、展示会のお話しをしました。
展示会の場で、事業者と就活生がお話ししているシーンを見ました。
SNSで求人している事業者も多いでしょう。
求人の多様化は、事業者だけでなく、求職者にもメリットですね。
そんな中、冒頭のニュースを見ました。

ということですね。
「AI活用」の内容はよくわかりません。
「AI」という言葉の安売り感が目立つと言われて久しいです。
ただ私たちには、精度が向上したのだろうという期待を抱かせますね。
闇バイトとホワイトな求人がきちんと区別されていくのでしょう。
これでホワイトな求人の効果が上がることが期待されます。
AIは万能なんでしょうから、頑張ってほしいですね。

At a trade show, I saw a scene where a business owner and a job seeker were talking.

Diversifying job opportunities is beneficial not only for businesses but also for job seekers.
And so, I saw the news article mentioned above.

I'm not really sure what "using AI" means.
It's been said for a long time that the word "AI" feels like it's being sold off.
But it gives us hope that the accuracy has improved.
I guess they'll be able to properly distinguish between underground part-time jobs and more legitimate job offers.
This will hopefully increase the effectiveness of more legitimate job offers.
AI is supposedly all-powerful, so I hope they do their best.
