生成AIは著作権侵害しない&クリエーター保護のために学習すべき
（１）学習元が不明なAIと学習元が明らかなAIは別物
（２）学習元が不明なAIを擁護してみた
（３）生成AIは自ら著作権侵害しない&クリエーターの保護を！
■（１）学習元が不明なAIと学習元が明らかなAIは別物
当ブログではいつも述べていますが、
✓学習元が不明な生成AIは、生成物で著作権侵害のおそれ
✓生成AIのビジネス利用はリスキー（個人的な使用はともかく）
学習元が不明なAIは、学習元が明らかなAIと別物と考えましょう。
前者は海外製も多いでしょう。後者で国産のものがよさそうですね。
ただ学習元が不明なAIでも、次のようなものならリスクは少ないです。
✓生成AIが生成時に、著作権侵害にならないことを判断する！
AIは万能ということですから、これくらいのことはできるでしょう。
■（３）生成AIは自ら著作権侵害しない&クリエーターの保護を
なんなら、AIによる世の中のデータ収集はこのためにやるべきです。
データ収集→（学習に利用するとしても）著作権侵害回避に利用する
これであれば、AIによる学習はケシカランという声も和らぐでしょう。
さらにもう一歩、クリエーターの保護も図るべきです。
生成AIには「希釈化」という問題もあります。
著作権侵害とまで言えない「類似」の生成物を「無限」に生成する。
これによりオリジナルの著作物が埋もれてしまう問題です。
AIは万能ということですから、これくらいのことはできるでしょう。

However, even with AI whose learning source is unknown, the following types of AI pose little risk.
■ (2) Defending AI whose learning source is unknown
Even with AI whose learning source is unknown, the following types pose little risk.
✓ Generative AI determines when generating content to avoid copyright infringement!
Since AI is said to be omnipotent, it should be able to do this much.
■ (3) Generative AI should avoid copyright infringement and protect creators.
In fact, this is the purpose for which AI should collect data from the world.
Data collection → (Even if used for learning) Use it to avoid copyright infringement.
This should allay concerns about AI-based learning.
We should also take a step further and protect creators.
Generative AI also faces the problem of "dilution."
It generates an "infinite" number of "similar" products that don't even constitute copyright infringement.
This leads to the burial of original works.
Since AI is said to be omnipotent, it should be able to do this much. (That's important, so I said it twice lol)
■Why not use AI as an opportunity to learn about copyright?
It seems like every time the media reports on generative AI, it's made into a villain.
(Although it can't be helped, since the media is the first to lose jobs to generative AI.)
