個人発明家のような手取り足取りの対応をご希望の法人様へ
HPにも明記しています（この明記は弊所が初めてという認識です）。
ただ近年は法人の方からもお問い合わせを頂きます。
法人からの依頼は受けてくれないのか？ということです。
そこで改めて本記事を書いてみました。
お伝えしたいポイントとしては、
✓法人からのご依頼もお受けしています
✓個人の方（個人発明家）にマイナスになることはありません
■「個人様専門」の本質
私どもが対象としている「個人様」の本質は以下のとおりです。
✓特許は取りたいけど、特許の知識は不十分
法人で特に知財部（特許部門）があるところは、特許は強いです。
例えば、特許調査です。
社内の多くの発明のうち、どの発明で特許を目指すか？
知財部が特許調査を行うことで判断することができます。
あとは特許事務所に出願手続きを依頼すればいいだけです。
（特許事務所としても、優秀な知財部はありがたいものです。）
弊所が対象としている「個人様」は、この逆です。
特許は取りたいけど、特許の知識は不十分という方です。
■個人発明家のような手取り足取りの対応をご希望の法人様へ
ただ逆に言えば、これに当てはまれば、法人でもいいわけです。
例えば、
✓あまり特許の件数が多くない、１件だけ出す、初めて出すなど
✓件数はそれなりに出すが、特許調査は難しい
✓とりあえず特許調査しないで特許を出しているが、特許が取れない
✓知財部（特許部門）がない
などなど
また、知財部員（法人の従業員）でいえば、
✓新人で特許の知見が少ない
✓知財部に異動したが特許の知見が少ない
✓知財部員を育成したい
✓知財部を創設したい
などなど
こういうケースも弊所でいう「個人様」と実質同じです。
弊所にご依頼頂くことが理想なことがあります。

✓より正確にいえば、特許技術者から特許審査官になりました。
審査官のときも特許の出願実務経験があるという珍しい存在でした。

✓HPに「個人様専門」と明記することは、正直、勇気がいりました。
そんな謳い方をする特許事務所は見つからなかったからです。
ただこのことが、むしろスキルの証になることもありました。
ある法人の方からそう伺ったときは思いもよらず驚いたものです。

They are people who want to obtain a patent but lack sufficient patent knowledge.

✓Our specialty = Individuals = People who want to obtain a patent but lack sufficient patent knowledge.
However, conversely, if this applies to you, corporations are also welcome.
For example,
✓ Not many patents filed, only one patent filed, first-time patent filed, etc.
✓ Filed a fair number of patents, but patent research is difficult
