When filing a patent, we conduct a patent search to determine whether there are any related prior patents.
Large companies often have their own patent search teams conducting patent searches.
When individual inventors file patents, they cannot compete with the patent strategies of large companies.
To address this issue, our firm conducts advanced patent searches.
Furthermore, the patent attorney who conducted the patent search prepares the patent documents directly.
The patent application documents utilize the knowledge gained from the patent search.
In this respect, we are able to provide a more comprehensive patent strategy than large companies.
(2) My Thoughts on Patents
I wrote that supporting individual inventors is not our corporate philosophy.
However, many firms do it as part of their philosophy (lol).
I grew up in a humble environment.
Small businesses and individuals have fewer people, things, and money than large companies.
I have a strong desire to support these people.
I'm sure there are many CEOs out there who are running businesses and inventing things in similar environments and with similar aspirations.
