楽しいことが何もないなら楽しいことをしてみよう【逆転の発想】
楽しいことの見つけ方・増やし方を考えてみましょう！
世の中には「逆転の発想」がいくつもあります。
例えば、
①成功するから幸せなのではない
→幸せだから成功できるのだ（幸福優位の法則）
②やる気になるから行動できるのではない
→行動するからやる気になるのだ（作業興奮）
こう考えると、目の前のすべきことが見えてきます。
成功したい！ではなく、幸せになるべきです。
そして幸せとは、今ある幸せを感じるものです。
やる気が起こるのを待とうと考えてはいけません。
とりあえず行動してみましょう（5秒ルール、2分ルールなどおススメ）
（気になった方は5・4・3・2・1と数えてすぐ2分だけ調べましょう）
前置きが長かったですが、楽しいことの見つけ方も同じです。
楽しいことを見つけるのは簡単です。
✓楽しいことが何もないなら、楽しいことをしてみましょう！
上記の逆転の発想みたいなものですね。
後半の「楽しいこと」はなんでも構いません。
とりあえず多くの人が楽しんでいるものでもトライしてみませんか？
あまり考えずにとりあえずやってみること！これに尽きます。
楽しいかどうかは、実際にやってみないとわからないものです。
■楽しみにお金を掛ける必要はない！
次のような考え方は楽しいことを見つける妨げになります。
✓楽しいことをするためにはお金が掛かる（お金を言い訳）
✓周りから楽しんでいると思われたい（他人軸）
お金を掛けないで気軽にできることでもいいですね。
趣味なんて楽しめればよく、他人から理解される必要はありません。
例えば私の趣味の中で、お金があまり掛からないものは、
✓散歩 →都内の道路をすべて歩いてみたい（パックマン！）
✓歌 →カラオケに入っている曲をすべて覚えて歌ってみたい
✓読書 →図書館の本をすべて読んでみたい
一生楽しんでも終わらないものばかりです（笑）

There are two three-day weekends in November.
Let's think about how to find and increase fun things!
There are many "reverse thinking" ideas out there.
For example,
1. Success doesn't make you happy
→ You can succeed because you're happy (Happiness Dominance Law)
2. Motivation doesn't make you take action
→ Action makes you motivated (Task Excitement)
Thinking like this helps you see what you need to do right now.
You shouldn't think, "I want to succeed!"; you should be happy.
And happiness is feeling the happiness you have now.
Don't wait for motivation to strike.
Just take action (recommended rules like the 5-second rule or the 2-minute rule)
(If you're interested, count 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and immediately research for 2 minutes.)
That was a long introduction, but the same method applies to finding fun.
Finding fun is easy.
✓If there's nothing fun to do, try doing something fun!
This is like the opposite of the above idea.
The "fun thing" in the second half can be anything.
Why not just try something that a lot of people enjoy?
Just do it without thinking too much! That's it.
You won't know if it's fun until you actually try it.
■You don't need to spend money on fun!
The following thoughts will prevent you from finding fun things:
✓Fun things cost money (the money excuse)
✓I want others to think I'm having fun (other-centered)
Even things that don't cost money and are easy to do are fine.
Hobbies are fine as long as you enjoy them, you don't need others to understand you.
For example, some of my hobbies that don't cost much money are:
✓ Walking → I want to walk every road in Tokyo (Pac-Man!)
✓ Singing → I want to memorize and sing every song on the karaoke app
✓ Reading → I want to read every book in the library
These are all things I could enjoy forever (lol)
If there's nothing fun to do, then do something fun!
