新しいことの前に、現状の違法行為を一掃してほしいところですね。

①上記の２大悪を改善する（会社として、業界として、社会として）
②もっと働ける役職を作る（もちろん中間管理職のことではない）
③仕事を好きになる、好きなことを仕事にする
仕事が好きという人は少数派かも知れません。
ただこの点は、人生の最大の課題だと思いませんか？
学校などで子供のころから学べるといいですね。
