ワークライフバランスが必要な人と不要な人は異なる人種

高市さんの「ワークライフバランス」に関する発言です。

■ワークライフバランスが必要な人と不要な人とは？
マスコミは高市さんのネガキャンをすると言われています。
それ自体の是非はともかく、そのことで他に悪影響はマズいでしょう。
高市さんが「ワークライフバランス」について発言しました。
報じられている内容は次のとおりです。
✓①高市さんは「ワークライフバランスという言葉を捨てる」と発言
✓②過労死に関連する会が「強く抗議し、撤回を求める」と発言
②は本当なのか？と驚きました。
ワークライフバランスは、必要な人と不要な人がいるからです。
どういう人でしょうか？
ワークライフバランスが必要な人は、サラリーマン（雇用者）です。
サラリーマンには業務命令という義務があります。
この義務が限度を超えると、過労死等のリスクが高まります。
一方、ワークライフバランスが不要な人は、自営業（社長）です。
自営業は、義務で働いてはいないのです。
逆に言えば、自営業はいくら働いてもいいわけです。
自営業はオンオフがないと言われますが、そういうことです。
■問題は報じ方
あるいは、AIに書かせたフェイクニュースかも知れません。
とはいえ、マスコミが高市さんを報じることで、
✓高市さんへの注目が集まり、株も上がるでしょう（経済も本人も）
✓AIのごり押しは株価のため？それならAIより高市さんを報じましょう

■Who needs work-life balance and who doesn't?
It's said that the media is smearing Takaichi.
Regardless of whether this is right or wrong, it would be bad if it had a negative impact on others.
Takaichi made a comment about "work-life balance."
The following is what's been reported:
✓① Takaichi said, "We're abandoning the term work-life balance."
✓② An association related to death from overwork said, "We strongly protest and demand a retraction."
I was surprised and wondered if ② was true.
There are people who need work-life balance and people who don't.
What kind of people are they?
People who need work-life balance are salaried employees (employees).
Salaried employees have the obligation of following work orders.
When this obligation goes beyond its limits, the risk of death from overwork increases.
Work-life balance is necessary to prevent this from happening.
On the other hand, people who don't need work-life balance are self-employed (business owners).
Self-employed people don't work out of obligation.
They have the freedom (and responsibility) to refuse work that exceeds their limits.
Conversely, self-employed people can work as much as they want.
It's said that self-employed people have no on/off switch, and that's what they mean.
The self-employed are a different breed from salaried employees!
And politicians, of course, are self-employed.
They are a breed that doesn't need work-life balance.
■The problem is how it's reported
The problem is that a certain media outlet reported that an association related to death from overwork criticized the report.
There's no way that an association for death from overwork wouldn't be aware of the true nature of death from overwork.
Did they actually ask leading questions to the Karoshi Association?
Or perhaps it was fake news written by an AI.
Negative campaigning of Takaichi by the media itself is not illegal.
However, if it's fake, it's ethically questionable, and any other negative impacts would be bad.
That said, if the media reports on Takaichi,
✓It will draw attention to Takaichi and raise her stock price (both for the economy and for her).
✓Is the AI's push just for stock prices? If so, let's report on Takaichi rather than the AI.
✓Is the media's reputation inversely proportional to stock prices? (lol)
