特許で不安なあなたを一人にさせません【表現のパクり】【リライト版】
その後、○○の部分は本当に忘れてしまいました。
たしか「転職」か「就活」か「婚活」かそんな感じだったと思います。
「一人」のイメージとしては、比較的小さな企業の社長様も含みます。
そんな社長の方が特許に挑戦する際には、決して一人にさせません！
現代の「パクり」は私の理解と意味合いが異なるのかも知れません。
少なくとも、著作権法上の違法行為ではありません。
法上の「複製」や「二次的著作物」に該当する行為ではありません。
本来は違法でない行為が倫理上の問題で不当に責められる。
あるいはその逆で、倫理上問題なければ、違法にパクってもいいなど。
世の中の要望に沿えるように、著作権の記事も増やしていきます。

■Plagiarizing Expressions? What about Copyright?
The above is based on an expression I found online, but it's not plagiarism.
The meaning of "plagiarism" today may differ from my understanding.
At the very least, it is not illegal under copyright law.
It is not an act that falls under the legal definition of "reproduction" or "derivative work."
In recent years, there seem to be a variety of problems surrounding plagiarism.
Acts that are not illegal in nature are being unfairly criticized for ethical issues.
Or the opposite is true, where it is okay to plagiarize illegally as long as it is ethically acceptable.
