他社商品と似た商品を販売するときの注意点【リライト版】

つまり、アイデアが似ているのか、デザインが似ているのか？
この点も確認が必要です。
同じアイデアの商品を販売できない場合があります。
同じまたは類似のデザインの商品を販売できない場合があります。
関連会社などの名称になっていることもあるでしょう。
現在有効な特許を調べることが一般的です。

(2) Research Based on the Content of the Idea
This is a patent search known as a patent infringement prevention search.
We conduct a broad search based on the idea, not just on other companies' patents.
This is because the risk of patent infringement extends beyond other companies' patents.
It is common to examine currently valid patents.

①We also search patents older than 20 years (currently expired patents).
②We also search for similar patents that are not likely to infringe.
