サビ残は当然？管理職は残業代ナシ？錯覚してはもったいない！
「親も学校も子供をしかれない世の中になった」
たしかに世の中の状況が変わったと感じることもあります。
ただその多くは、錯覚です。錯覚してはもったいない！

■（１）著名人の言葉であっても錯覚はある
「親も学校も子供をしかれない世の中になった」
たしかにそう感じることもあるでしょう。
ただこれに対して、学校や塾の先生が多数、反論していました。
ここでの学びは、
✓著名人であっても錯覚はある、著名人だからと鵜呑みにしない
✓ある傾向があるとしてもすべてではない（ゼロヒャク思考はNG）
✓著名人は注目を集めたくて強い表現にすることもある
✓あるいは世の中に警鐘を鳴らしたくて強い表現にすることもある
本記事でこの著名人の言葉を取り上げたのは、
✓サービス残業はみんなやっている
✓管理職は残業ナシは一般的なこと
こんな誤解を解消したかったからです。
上記の著名人のような錯覚はだれでも起こることです。
わたしもこんな「錯覚」をすることがあります。
✓サービス残業を多くの人達がやっている
✓管理職は残業代が出ない会社が多い
あえて「錯覚」と書きました。
もしあなたの会社がこのような状況でしたら「異常」です。
みんなもそうだからなどと錯覚せずに、誰かに相談しましょう。
■（３）お天気ニュースとAIは？
最後はおまけです。他のニュースはどうでしょうか？
例えば、こんな錯覚をしていませんか？
✓この夏は「猛暑」と「大雨」の日ばかり
✓生成AIをみんなが使っている
お天気ニュースはこの夏「猛暑」と「大雨」しか報じませんでした！
それこそ生成AIで作成したニュースなのかも知れません。
（おかげでお天気ニュースを見る必要がなかったのは幸いです！）
AIは使うとしても検索が中心ですね（しかも勝手にAIになった）。
いわゆる生成AIでイラストや動画を作成する人なんてごくわずかです。
（例えばYouTubeは利用者全体のうち、動画投稿しているのは数％）
いかがでしたでしょうか？
錯覚はだれにでも起こるものです。
それでも幸せでいればいいのです（日本は不幸な人が多いも錯覚）。

■(1) Even famous people's words can be misleading.
"We live in a world where neither parents nor schools can discipline their children."
It's true that sometimes it feels that way.
However, many school and cram school teachers have disputed this claim.
The lesson here is:
✓ Even famous people have illusions, so don't just take their famousness for granted.
✓ Even if there's a certain trend, it doesn't mean everything (thinking 100% is a no-no).
✓ Celebrities sometimes use strong language to attract attention.
✓ Or they may use strong language to sound a warning to society.
The reason I chose this famous person's words in this article is because I wanted to clear up these misunderstandings.
■ (2) Is working overtime normal? Do managers not get paid overtime?
Illusions like the famous person above can happen to anyone.
I sometimes have this "illusion."
✓ Many people work unpaid overtime.
✓ Many companies don't pay managers overtime.
I deliberately used the word "illusion."
If your company is in this situation, it's "abnormal."
Don't be fooled into thinking everyone else is doing it, and talk to someone about it.
■ (3) What about weather news and AI?
This last one is a bonus. What about other news?
For example, have you experienced these kinds of illusions?
✓This summer has been filled with days of "extreme heat" and "heavy rain"
✓Everyone is using generative AI
This summer, the weather news only reported "extreme heat" and "heavy rain"!
That may be news created by generative AI.
(Thanks to that, I didn't need to watch the weather news!)
Even when AI is used, it's mainly for search (and it's become AI by itself).
Very few people create illustrations or videos using so-called generative AI.
(For example, on YouTube, only a small percentage of all users upload videos.
