「生成AIが新入社員の必須スキル」の本当の意味とは？

最近はこういう手法の生成AIの宣伝記事は多いですね（笑）
そこで当ブログでこの内容を考えてみたいと思います。
ちなみに、単に「生成AIを使えます」ということではありません。
「生成AIを使えます程度はもはや我々にとっては時代遅れ！」
だれもが知るあのIT実業家Ｈ氏もそう発言しています。
（生成AIブームを暗に否定しているようにも受け取れます）

（１）安全な生成AIを自社で開発できる人
（２）セキュリティ・企業秘密・著作権などに通じている人
（３）生成AIを反面教師にできる人
「生成AIが必須スキル」の一つ目は、生成AIを開発できることです。
学習元が不明な生成AIは、入力も出力（生成）もリスキーです。
✓入力：企業秘密等の漏洩など
✓出力：著作権侵害など
例えば顧客からもらった情報をもとに、客先に渡す資料を生成AIで作る
→情報が学習されたり、資料に著作権侵害の情報が含まれたら致命的！
メディアも「コンプライアンス」を声高に叫んでいます（笑）
一方、生成AIの本質は「ユーザーフレンドリーな検索エンジン」です。
それなりのメリットもあるでしょう。
そこで、安全な生成AIを自社で開発できるスキルは有望です。
■（２）セキュリティ・企業秘密・著作権などに通じている人
「生成AIが必須スキル」の二つ目は、知識ですね。
安全な生成AIを自社で開発しない場合です。
どうしても他社の生成AIを使うなら、このような知識は必須です。
当ブログでも生成AIとこれらの知識に関する情報を発信していきます。
■（３）生成AIを反面教師にできる人
「生成AIに仕事を奪われる」なんて言われますね。
（「仕事を奪われる」はニュースで使い回される定番ネタです（笑））
それなら生成AIと同じことをせず、反面教師にしましょう。
そのために生成AIのことを知る、これが三つ目のスキルです。
生成AIと真逆なのは「独自性」「創造性」「能動性」「人間性」など。
まさにビジネスマンに求められる資質です。

The first part of "generative AI is a must-have skill" is being able to develop generative AI.
Generative AI with unknown learning sources poses risks for both input and output (generation).
Input: Leakage of trade secrets, etc.
Output: Copyright infringement, etc.
For example, if a generative AI creates documents to be given to a client based on information received from the client,
