生成AIに仕事を奪われないために生成AIを反面教師にしよう
本当にそんな心配をしている人がいるか分かりません。
ただ以下の点を考えると、有能になれAIに仕事を奪われなくなります。

PCの前に秘書が座っています。アイさんとしましょう。
あなたがアイさんに、〇〇について教えてほしいと頼みます。
アイさんはPCでネット検索して、〇〇を調べます。
情報をまとめて、〇〇のことをあなたに優しく教えてくれます。
ざっくり言えば、この秘書が生成AIです。
（ざっくり言えば「ユーザーフレンドリーな検索エンジン」）
つまり、生成AIに仕事を奪われるのは、この秘書のような仕事です。
以上はわたしがニュースの情報を見た上での理解です。
全然違うとすれば、わたしの理解か、報じ方に問題があります。
ただ、同じように考える人が多いでしょう。
生成AIに仕事を奪われないようにするためには・・・
少し考えればわかりますが、生成AIと同じことをしてはダメですね。
生成AIと違う仕事をしましょう。つまり生成AIを反面教師にします。
秘書アイさんは、
✓ネットにない情報は基本的に答えられません
✓ネットにある情報でも、少数の見解は答えません
✓まして、自分からなにかを調べましょうと提案はしてくれません
✓冗談や雑談など、場を和ませたり活力をくれたりはしてくれません
などなど
抽象的に言えば、生成AIに無理なのは、
✓「独自性」「創造性」「自主性」「能動性」「人間性」などです。
まさにビジネスマンに求められる資質とも言えます。
AIのブームは株価も好調ということで悪いことではありません。
「ユーザーフレンドリーな検索エンジン」が重宝する方もいますね。

Do a different job than generative AI. In other words, use generative AI as a negative example.
Secretary AI:
✓Basically can't answer questions about information that isn't available online
✓Even if information is available online, she won't answer minority opinions
✓Especially when she suggests researching something herself
✓She can't lighten the mood or energize the atmosphere with jokes or small talk
And so on.
In abstract terms, generative AI is incapable of:
✓"originality," "creativity," "initiative," "proactivity," and "humanity."
These are exactly the qualities desired in a businessman.
The AI boom is not a bad thing, as it's also leading to strong stock prices.
Some people find "user-friendly search engines" very useful.
As shown in this article, it's also possible to utilize AI in a different way (business sense)!
