■AIの学習を禁止できるか？
上記記事の最後に問題を提起しました。ポイントを挙げると、
✓①AIの問題を指摘するニュースは「学習」を扱うものがほとんど
✓②学習のことばかり取り上げていると、学習も禁止の方向に向かうかも
✓③AIのための学習を禁止することなんてできるか？
AIのニュース記事はいわゆるエンタメ記事が多いです。
①もどうせAIの学習は禁止できないだろうという前提があります。
しかし②の可能性はあります。
そして③は実は言うほど難しくはないのです。
■クリエーター保護のためにJASRACに学べ
「ある行為Ａを禁止する」を逆に考えます。
つまり「Ａをするなら刑事的・民事的制裁を負う」とします。
刑法や民法などはそのためにありますね。
ただAIの場合は、そこまでしなくてもいいかも知れません。
そこで、AIは学習すること前提で「対価を払う」とします。
この流れがわかりやすいのはJASRACです。
✓無断で音楽を使うのは禁止→使ったら制裁→対価を払えば使える
上記と同様の流れですね。
AIもJASRAC方式を採用するのがいいかも知れませんね。
そこで集まったお金は、広くクリエーターのために役立てましょう。
