社会問題より自分の問題を解決することにアイデアを出そう
それなら自分の暑さ対策にアイデアを出すのがいいですね。
温暖化がどうのという方向に頭を使うのはもったいない！
社会問題よりも自分の問題を解決することにアイデアを出そう！
そういうお話しです。暑さとコメ問題で考えてみます。
■暑さは社会問題ではなく自分の問題として考えるといい
SNSやニュースサイトでは温暖化の話題で盛り上がっていますね。
大半のコメントは単に暑いことのグチのように聞こえませんか？
なぜそう聞こえるか？
仮に何らかの対策をして気温が産業革命以前に戻ったとします。
1.5度くらい下がる？温暖化問題の定義からは、これで解決ですね。
ただそれでも十分暑いですよ（笑）
温暖化みたいな大きな話しをしても始まりません。
仮に解決したって、暑いことには変わりません。
それなら自分の暑さ対策にアイデアを出すほうがよっぽど賢明です。
暑さ対策のアイデア、例えば、発明品で言えば、
✓冷却する服
✓手持ちの扇風機
✓首に掛ける冷感リング
などが最近は利用されていますね。
ちなみにわたし個人で言えば、
✓窓開けエアコン（低温に慣れちゃうくらいなら自然の風の力を利用）
✓夏でもジャケット着用（通気性がいいもので直射日光を避けられる）
✓テレワーク時は入浴を増やす（涼しい入浴剤で身体を覆い直す（笑））
■（おまけ）コメ問題
上記と同じことは、今年の前半に話題となったコメ問題があります。
コメの価格が上がったときに「消費税減税を」と盛り上がりました。
消費税が仮に減税されたとします（０％になったとします）。
3000円のお米が消費税込みで3300円だった
→減税された後は、単に価格が3300円になるだけかも知れません。
「消費税減税を」と主張していた人は、それでいいでしょうか？
米の価格は下がらなかったが、消費税が減税されたからいいのだ！
そう言えるでしょうか？
それなら米の価格が上がったときにどうやりくりするか？
そちらにアイデアを出すほうがよっぽど賢明です。
私たちはすばらしいアイデアを考える力を持っています。
その力は、まずは自分や自分の大切な人のために使いたいものですね。
結果として社会問題を解決する力にもなるはずです。

But it's still pretty hot (lol).
There's no point in talking about something as big as global warming.
Even if it were solved, it would still be hot.
In that case, it's much wiser to come up with ideas for dealing with the heat yourself.
Ideas for combating the heat, for example, in terms of inventions, include:
✓ Cooling clothing
✓ Handheld fans
✓ Cooling rings worn around the neck
Personally, I use:
✓ Open the window for air conditioning (use the power of natural wind if you're too used to the low temperatures)
✓ Wear a jacket even in summer (a breathable one to avoid direct sunlight)
✓ Take more baths when working from home (cover yourself up with cooling bath salts (lol))
■ (Bonus) The Rice Issue
The same thing can be said about the rice issue that became a hot topic earlier this year.
When rice prices rose, there was a lot of excitement about a "consumption tax cut."
Let's say the consumption tax is cut (say, to 0%).
Rice that cost 3,000 yen is now 3,300 yen including tax.
→ After the tax cut, the price may simply go up to 3,300 yen.
For those who were calling for a "consumption tax cut," is that okay?
The price of rice didn't go down, but that's okay because the consumption tax was reduced!
Can we really say that?
If that's the case, how will we manage our finances when the price of rice goes up?
It would be much wiser to come up with ideas for that.
We have the power to come up with great ideas.
We want to use that power first and foremost for ourselves and the people we care about.
Ultimately, it should also have the power to solve social problems.
