旅行と断捨離の意外な関係とは？旅行好きなら断捨離もおススメ
もう一つ、断捨離にも良い季節です！
旅行と断捨離の意外な関係をお伝えします。
趣味が旅行の方は、断捨離も趣味にすると、さらに楽しめます！

大人の休日倶楽部を使える方は、旅行を計画するのもいいですね。
JR東日本・JR北海道のエリアで、利用期間は6月23日～7月5日です。
他の利用期間は、寒いころになるので、今がベストです。
わたしとしては、
✓まだ行ったことがない県である山形県に行ってみたい
✓有料特急を制覇してみたい
✓三陸鉄道も魅力
などなど
ちなみに、今回の利用期間は、ぜひ東京にも遊びに来てください。
東京はまだまだ暑くなく、梅雨もほぼありません（ここ数年の傾向）。
■（２）旅行がなぜ楽しいか、改めて３点
旅行の楽しさはいろいろ言われますが、だいたい以下の点です。
①予期せぬ発見でドーパミン的な楽しさ・幸せ
②予定を立てるワクワク、予定を立てて実行するという能力アップ
③不測のトラブルを解決する能力アップ
■（３）趣味が旅行なら断捨離も趣味にするとさらにいい
趣味が旅行なら、断捨離も趣味にするのがおススメです！
断捨離も上記①～③と同様の楽しさ・幸せがあります。
また、家が散らかっていると、家で過ごすのが苦痛になります。
旅行の目的が「家から出ること」なんてことになりがちです。
「旅行に行くのが楽しみ」と「旅行に行けないと苦痛」
どっちがいいでしょうか？
家が散らかっていると「旅行に行けないと苦痛」になりがちです。
これでは、純粋に旅行を楽しめませんね。
まずは断捨離をして、家にいるのも快適！という状態にしましょう。
そのうえで旅行の計画を立てれば、心から楽しめる旅になるはずです！
わたしはGWは、断捨離と旅行の計画を楽しみます。
仕事も前倒しにして、6月～7月に大人の休日俱楽部を使えるといいな！
