生成AIに騙されて架空の判例を提出？弁理士は騙されない！

過去の意見書の内容（AIが学習）が、役に立つことはないのです。

AI賛成派は、このニュースは、けしからん！と感じるでしょう。
一種の陰謀のように感じるかも知れません。
ここで面白いのは、上記のニュースは、AIの賞賛にもなっています。
架空の判例を作れるのだ！という意味では、AIを賞賛しています。
この点については、今度はAI賛成派は、ほらすごい！となるでしょう。
一方、AI反対派は、一種の陰謀のように感じるかも知れません。
■確証バイアス
以上の内容はいわゆる「確証バイアス」の一種です。
人間は、自分に都合の良い情報にばかり注目するのです。
結果的に、
✔AI反対派は、どこまで行ってもAIに反対（懐疑的）
✔AI賛成派は、どこまで行ってもAIに賛成
✔ニュースは内容しだいでAI賛成派またはAI反対派から叩かれる＾＾；
AIのニュースが多くても、それで世の中には大きな影響はないのです。
（他のニュース（特にネガティブなもの）も同様に考えられます。）
以前はAIを一方的に賞賛するニュース記事ばかりでした。
AI事業者はずいぶん広告費を払っているのだなとすら感じました。
今後はどうなるか？
今後もAIについて書いてみます。
