AIによる学習で個人情報は大丈夫か？発明の種もここにあり！
✔ある特定の情報のAI活用に同意不要
✔個人情報保護の要件緩和
この手の記事はタイトルだけで大したことないこともあります。
ライターがAIにそこまで知識がないこともあります。
またAIに書かせた記事ということもあるでしょう。
ただ、個人情報が心配という方もいますね。
そこで本記事では、安心するための知識をお届けします。
わたしは弁理士ですが「ソフトウェア開発技術者」でもあります。
昔で言う「情報一種」で、今はなんていうのか・・・
情報処理の知見にアイデアを添えてお届けします。
■公開さえしなければAIに学習されない
個人情報を公開さえしなければAIに学習されることはないでしょう。
例えば、
✔個人のスマホやパソコン内の情報
✔個人のハードディスクやメモリカードなどの情報
✔クラウド上でパスワードを掛けた情報
などは公開はしないでしょう。
これらが物理的に100％安全かと言えば、そうでもありません。
パスワードの漏洩やウイルスなどの可能性もあります。
ただ、AIに無断学習されることはないでしょう。
つまりこういうことです。
同法第３条「何人も、不正アクセス行為をしてはならない。」
AI事業者は、それなりの大手企業でしょう。
不正アクセス禁止法に触れるようなことをしたら、致命的です。
そういう意味で、AIに無断学習されることはないでしょう。
■発明の種もここにあり！
安全性をさらに高めるために、こんな取り組みもあるようです。
✔無断学習されたら、AIのシステムが損傷するようなデータを置く
例えるなら、泥棒が家に入ったらケガをするような罠（仕組み）です。
この仕組みをどのように構築するか？
ここに発明の種があると思いませんか？
セキュリティ強化は、企業・自治体・国の取り組みにもなり得ます。
すばらしい発明をすれば、社会の役に立てるだけでなく・・・

■ If it is not made public, AI will not learn it
If personal information is not made public, AI will not learn it.
For example,
✔ Information in a personal smartphone or computer
✔ Information on a personal hard disk or memory card
✔ Information password-protected on the cloud
These things would not be made public.
It is not true that these are physically 100% safe.
There is also the possibility of password leaks and viruses.
However, AI will not learn without permission.
In other words, this is what it means.
Any unauthorized access to the above is subject to the Unauthorized Access Prohibition Act.
Article 3 of the same act states, "No person shall engage in unauthorized access."
AI businesses are likely to be fairly large companies.
If they were to do anything that violates the Unauthorized Access Prohibition Act, it would be fatal.
Their credibility (stock price) would be zero, and they would be liable for huge damages.
In that sense, AI will not learn without permission.
■The seeds of invention lie here!
There seem to be such efforts to further improve safety.
✔Placing data that would damage the AI's system if it were learned without permission
For example, it is a trap (mechanism) that would injure a thief if he entered your house.
