アイデアの上手な伝え方～特許公報と昔話【リライト版】
こんなサイトというのを見つけました。
いきなり特許や実用新案！というのは難しいかも知れません。
ただ上記のようなアイデアを考えてみるのも、面白いですね。
一方、なんとなく頭の中でイメージを膨らませる方もいます。
ある程度の文書化（口頭での説明含む）が必要でしょう。
アイデアを文書化するための一つのヒントをお伝えします。
特許の出願書類の構成が参考になります。
さらにアイデアに限らず、何かを伝える際に、広く役立つと思います。
いくつか思い出してみてください。

In any case, there are times when you need to communicate your ideas to others.
You will need some documentation (including verbal explanation).
Here is one hint for documenting your ideas.
The structure of patent application documents can be helpful.
<Patent application document structure>
①Background technology (what was it like before?)
②Problem to be solved (what problems did the existing technology have?)
③Means for solving the problem (how was the problem solved?)
④If the means for solving the problem are abstract, concrete examples
★In a patent gazette, the following two items are written before ①-④.
・Abstract (roughly speaking, what problem was solved and how?)
・Claims (what is the specific idea?)

The structure of patent application documents is helpful when explaining ideas.
Furthermore, it is useful in a wide range of situations, not just when communicating ideas.
Come to think of it, "old tales" are stories like this too.
Try to remember some of them.
Not "conventional technology is...", but "once upon a time..."
Maybe I'll write this blog in the same format as a patent application document!
