９連休だからこそできること・できなくなることを考えてみよう
なんとなく過ごしてしまうと、あっという間ですね。
休みを有効に使うためには、９連休「だからこそ」を考えましょう。
そして、
✔９連休だからこそ「できること」を考えてみましょう！
✔９連休だからこそ「できなくなること」の対策を立てましょう！
おススメは、毎日、朝イチで重要なことをやるということです。
やりたいことを９個以上書きます。
今年やり残したことでもいいですね。
その中で優先順位を付けます。
朝イチに順番に片付けていきましょう。
（十分に睡眠を取った後という意味で、必ずしも早起きは不要）
それを済ませた日は、もう100点でいいじゃないですか！
その後のんびり過ごしてもいいですね。
夜寝る前に、今日やったことを思い出して充実感で幸せです。
９日間で優先順位１～９位の重要なこと９個が片付きます。
ただ、これだけ工夫してもできないこともあるかも知れません。
そんなことはもうやらないと決めたほうがいいかも知れませんね。
９連休あるということで、先延ばししがちですね。
対策としては上記のやりたいことを書き出すことです。
私たちは、頭の中で考えるだけでは、なかなか行動できないものです。
また、９連休で「休みが多すぎ」とややネガティブな方もいますね。
それなら、間に一日くらい仕事をしてもいいですね（笑）
（それよりポジティブに考える習慣を身に付けたほうがいいですね）
今年が９連休の方は、来年も９連休でしょう。

It may be better to decide not to do such things anymore.
■Because of the nine-day holiday, think about "things you will not be able to do" and take measures!
With nine days off in a row, it is easy to procrastinate.
The countermeasure is to write down the things you want to do.
We cannot act easily if we only think about it in our heads.
Some people are also a little negative about the nine-day holiday, saying that it is "too much time off."
