特許の出願書類の図面の誤りは補正できるか？【リライト版】
書類全体として新たな内容が追加されないようにする必要があります。
特許の出願書類における、誤記の考え方についてです。
特許になる前に、特許の出願書類を直すことを「補正」と言います。

この条件を満たせば、図面の誤りについても、補正できます。
特許庁に対する特許印紙代は無料です。
特許出願から一年以内であれば、新たな出願を行うことができます。
この場合は、特許庁に対する出願手数料（1万4千円）が再度必要です。
