横断歩道の安全のためのアイデアで特許になる例ならない例
小学生が実験をやってみたという記事を見ました。
これは興味深い実験ですね。
最も交通事故が起こりやすいのは信号のない横断歩道だそうです。
運転される方には本当に注意してほしいものです。
ドライバーからすれば、歩行者も注意しろと言いたいかも知れません。
ただ現行法では、横断歩道はあくまで歩行者のものです。
車は「歩行者がいないときに通らせてもらえる」
そう考えるくらいがちょうどいいかも知れません。
（事故を起こして致命的なのは、ドライバーも同じです。）

またこちらはよく知られているアイデアですが、

道路の構造も、物の発明として特許の対象になります。

実際、事故が最も多いなら、そういう流れになりそうですね。
（それが運転される方にメリットかデメリットかはわかりませんが）
いずれにしても安全運転ですね。
自分のため、自分の大切な人のため、と考えるといいですね。
