ＡＩが特許を取れる発明を創作できるか？をたしかめる方法
ＡＩが自律的に行った発明に対し特許権を認めるか？
大手メディアが「ＡＩが発明する」を前提にニュースにしました。
わたしはそれ以来、ＡＩと発明について、考える機会が増えました。
実はわたしはＡＩのすごさがほとんど理解できていません＾＾；
では一緒にこんなことを考えてみませんか？
✔ＡＩが特許を取れる発明を創作できるか？をたしかめるには？
一種の論理パズルです。
ＡＩを批判や評価などするつもりはありません＾＾；
■ＡＩが特許を取れる発明を創作できるか？をたしかめるには？
さっそく結論ですが、ＡＩにこう聞いてみましょう。
「特許が取れる発明をしてください！」
これに答えられなければ、発明はできないことになります。
一方、答えられたときは、教師データがあったことになります。
新規性がないので、特許は取れないとすることができるでしょう。
ちなみに「新規性」は、実際にだれかが知っている必要はありません。
だれかが知り得るような状態になっただけで、新規性は喪失します。
あるＡＩが発明をしたとすれば、すでに新規性なしとも言えそうです。
■人間はＡＩを道具として用いてすばらしい発明を！
人間はＡＩを「道具」として用いるのがいいですね。
すばらしい発明をする際の、優秀な助手になる可能性はあります。
（この場合、ＡＩが発明者になるわけではありません）

If you can't answer this question, you won't be able to invent anything.
On the other hand, if you can answer it, it means that you have training data.
Since there is no novelty, it can be said that a patent cannot be obtained.
By the way, "novelty" doesn't actually have to be known by anyone.
Novelty is lost just because someone else knows about it.
If an AI were to invent an invention, it could already be said that it is not novel.
