特許の審査では特許公報を何千件も読むのか？【リライト版】
特許調査でものすごい量の特許公報を読んだということです。
ただし、個人の方がご自身で特許調査することはお勧めしません。
私たち専門家にお任せください。
読む労力も、想像とは違うかも知れません。
✔すべて平等に、何千件も端から端まで読むわけではありません。
列挙された特許公報を、適当に組み合わせて、ハイ拒絶！
とするわけではないのです（笑）。
多くの場合は、特許公報から探します。
主引例は一般には１つです（引用文献１）。
この最も近い発明は「引用発明」などと呼ばれます。
→その違いに関連する事項が記載された特許公報を探します。
副引例は２つ以上になることがあります（引用文献２～ｎ）。
ただし、労力は①ほどではありません。
（特許庁は、特許出願前の十分な特許調査を推奨しています）。
あなたの発明が特許になるかの判断は、専門家にお任せください。
ムリ・ムダ・ムラのない特許になるかがご理解いただけたと思います。

■Search for main citations and sub-citations
Patent searches in patent examination are roughly conducted as follows.
① Search for the "closest invention" to the invention to be examined.
In most cases, the search is done through patent publications.
This patent publication is called the "primary citation."
Generally, there is only one main citation example (cited document 1).
This closest invention is called a ``cited invention.''
② When there is a difference between the invention subject to examination and the cited invention
→Search for patent publications that describe matters related to the difference.
This patent publication is called a "subcitation."
There may be two or more sub-citations (cited documents 2 to n).
For step 1, carefully read the patent publication.
In step ②, read only relevant information.
If there are many subjects to examine, you may have to look through a large number of patent publications.
However, the effort is not as much as ①.
The total number of items ① and ② can be several thousand.
However, it is unlikely that you will be able to read thousands of items with just ①.
■Before issuing a patent, do a thorough patent search!
