「全制覇」をキーワードにして新しい趣味を作ろう！
GWの計画はお早めに！のもう一つの理由とは？【メトロ散歩】
東京メトロの沿線を散歩することにしました（笑）
そんなブログを書いたら、YouTubeで関連動画を見つけました。
■「全制覇」をキーワードにして新しい趣味を作ろう！
有名な心理カウンセラーの動画で、こんな内容です。
✔「全制覇」をキーワードに趣味を作ると幸福感を感じやすい！
たしかにそうなんです。
「全制覇」は、達成感や充実感などが気軽に楽しみながら得られます。
わたしも日ごろから実感しています。
あなたが新しい趣味を作るときには「全制覇」をキーワードにどうぞ！
どんな楽しみがあるでしょうか？
以下では、その動画や、わたしの実体験からいくつかご紹介します！
■「全制覇」をキーワードにした趣味ご紹介
わかりやすいのは「食べ物系」です。
例えば、こんなのを「全制覇」するのはいかがでしょうか？
✔コンビニのスナック、デザート、ホットスナック、冷凍食品
✔レトルトカレー
✔町中華のチャーハン、ニラレバ、餃子など
✔定食屋の全メニュー
✔町のカレー・かつ丼・あんかけ焼きそばなど
お気に入りのものが見つかればラッキー！
ちなみに、レトルトカレーは、明治屋さんはすごい種類があります！
ちらっと見かけて、100種類くらいあったかと思います。
レトルトカレー100種類を全部買っても、旅行１回分くらいですね。
旅行に行っている暇なんかないという方にもおススメ！
■今後も書いていきます！
食べ物だけで今日の余白はなくなりました（笑）
こんな感じで、世の中にはいくらでも楽しいことはあるものです。
今後もこんな感じの内容を書いていきます。
以下はメモです。
✔わたしの場合は、数年は楽しめそうなものに、どんどんチャレンジ！
そのまま一生の趣味にできればラッキーだし、微妙ならやめます。
✔食べ物以外だと、散歩と歌は、当面楽しめそうです。
歌はこれまでの人生で聞いてきた曲を歌える（全制覇）を目指します。
感覚的には２～３千曲くらいか？（こんなこと考えるのも楽しい！）
✔お金を掛けるかどうかはあなた次第！
図書館の本を「全制覇」するなら、お金は掛からないですね。
✔趣味がないという方がいますが、実際は楽しいことはあるはず。
趣味を人に話すのが大変？面倒？恥ずかしい？そんな感じですね。
趣味を無理して作る必要はなく、自分だけの楽しみを作りましょう！

The easiest one to understand is "food".
There's no need to go around eating expensive gourmet food.

I have no free time today just because of food (lol)
There are so many fun things to do in this world.
I will continue to write content like this in the future.
Below are the notes.
✔In my case, I keep trying things that I can enjoy for several years!
I'll be lucky if I can make it my hobby for the rest of my life, and I'll stop if it's not good enough.
✔Other than food, walking and singing seem to be enjoyable for the time being.
As for singing, I aim to be able to sing all the songs I've listened to all my life (all the songs I've heard).
In my opinion, it's about 2-3,000 songs. (It's fun to think about things like this!)
✔It's up to you whether you spend money or not!
If you want to "conquer all" the books in the library, it doesn't cost a lot of money.
✔There are people who say they don't have any hobbies, but in reality, there are definitely things you can do that are fun.
Is it difficult to tell people about your hobbies? troublesome? Are you embarrassed? That's what it feels like.
You don't have to force yourself to create a hobby, just make it your own way to enjoy it!
