今の時代に許される「たった一つのハラスメント」とは？
✔あらゆるハラスメントがダメになった時代に許される「たった一つのハラスメント」
せっかくの大喜利ネタなので＾＾；頭の体操として考えてみましょう

＜許される「たった一つのハラスメント」とは？＞
（１）ロジカルな答え「〇〇ハラ」
（２）皮肉な答え「〇〇ハラ」
（３）真面目な答え「〇〇ハラ」
「あらゆる～ダメ」と「たった一つの」は矛盾しますね。
たった一つ矛盾しないものがあります。
数学や論理学が得意な方はすぐわかるでしょう。
それは「ハラスメントハラスメント（ハラハラ）」です。
最近なんでも〇〇ハラにうんざり（ハラスメントがハラスメント）。
そんな感じでしょうか。
こういう「メタ」を扱う考え方は、頭の体操にいいですね。
■（２）皮肉な答え「ネタハラ」
最近のニュース（お天気ニュース含む）はなんでも大げさ！
ハラスメントのように明確な答えがないものをネタにしています。
「こたつ記事」やＡＩが書いていると言われる記事も多いですね。
一方で（１）の「ハラハラ」くらい、すぐ思いつくでしょう。
それでもニュースは、そういうネタはとり上げない。
これは特定のネタで大騒ぎする「ネタハラ」でどうでしょう＾＾；
■真面目な答え「マナハラ」
最後に社労士的なお話しです（社労士は試験合格のみで未登録）。
「〇〇ハラ」には２種類あります。
きちんとルールがあるものと、単にだれかがイヤだ程度のものです。
きちんと扱うべき「パワハラ」「セクハラ」などは前者です。
厚生労働省がルール（指針）を定めています。
会社はパワハラやセクハラ等についてルール化すべきです。
ルールがないのに罰するのは、法治国家ではありません。
従業員も、ルールに不服なら、転職するという選択が取れます。
一方、単にイヤな人がいる程度の「〇〇ハラ」はマナー程度でしょう。
マナーとも呼べないようなものも多いですね。
これらばかりが注目されると本来のハラスメントが希薄化されます。
マナー程度のことで大騒ぎするのは「マナハラ」でどうでしょう＾＾；
