人の目が気になる方にこの季節にお勧めの〇〇トレーニング
この季節ならではの贅沢な悩みですね。
ちなみにわたしは、年中ジャケットです（笑）
今年の夏も、ずっとジャケット着用でした。
メンタルが鍛えられました＾＾；暑い連呼のお天気ニュースのおかげ
この考え方をこの季節に使うといいですね。
人の目が気になる方に、ちょうどいいトレーニングになると思います！
■人の目が気になる方にこの季節にお勧めの服装トレーニング
私たち日本人は、人の目を気にする人が多いですね。
服装でも、人の目が気になる方もいることでしょう。
この季節は、なにを着ていても大丈夫ですね。
ちなみに東京の街中は、服装は本当に多種多様です。
少し季節外れかなと思っても、好きな服装でいいですね。
あえて、みんなとは違う服装にするのもいいでしょう。
それで、人の目が気になるときには、こう考えるのがおススメ！
✔人の目は気にせい。人はそんなに他人のことを気にしない！
✔仮に本当に人の目があるとしても、あくまで他人の問題！
✔自分の服装を、他人にこう思ってほしいと思うのは、傲慢ですね！
こうした考え方は、服装以外のさまざまなことでも同じです。
まずは服装で慣れてみるのもいいですね。
きっとメンタルが鍛えられることでしょう。
