過去を手放すと未来を受け取れる！考え方４つご紹介

過去を手放すコツや、断捨離のメリットについてお伝えします。

■（１）未来に意識が向く
人間の頭は、１日に何万回も判断をしているそうですね。
過去の物があれば、無意識に、頭のリソースを過去に使っています。
過去を手放すことで、その分の頭のリソースが、未来に使えます！
未来に意識を向けましょう！
■（２）過去を振り返って楽しむヒマはそうない
物を捨てられないのは、いつか将来、振り返って楽しめるから？
でも実際、そんな時間あります？
私たちは、年を重ねると、時が経つのが早いといいますね。
時の経つのが早く感じることを、ポジティブに生かしましょう！
■（３）本当によい思い出は、モノを必要としない
いつか振り返って楽しめるような思い出もたくさんあることでしょう。
ただそういう思い出は「物がないと思い出せない」ことではないはず。
大切な思い出は、心にしっかりと刻まれているものです。
逆に、物があることで、イヤな思い出がよみがえったら最悪ですね。
■（４）これを持っているのはたまたまと考える
いまこれが手元にあるのは、たまたまと考えましょう。
たまたまもらった、気まぐれで買った、たまたま捨てなかったなど。
あのときこれを捨てていたとしても、現在の状況は変わらないはず。
そう考えると、捨てやすくなります。
