特許の対象になるアイデアとならないアイデアを区別するコツ
アイデアの中には、特許の対象になるものとならないものがあります。
特許の対象を「発明」といいます。
詳しくは「産業上利用できる発明」ですが単に「発明」といいます。
（本記事では厳密性よりも、わかりやすさを優先します。）
ではどのようなアイデアが発明になるでしょうか？
当ブログでいつもお伝えしているのは、イメージとして、
✔そのアイデアでお金が動く・経済が回る
こういうものが特許の対象である発明です。
「産業上利用できる」のイメージとも結びつきやすいと思います。
言葉だけだとわかりにくいので、実例を示します。
先日の記事で書いた「コインロッカーの問題」を例に挙げます。
✔預けたコインロッカーの場所がわからなくなったらどうしましょう？
どんな「アイデア」で解決しますか？それが「発明」になるか？
ちょっと考えてから先にお進みください。
■コインロッカーの場所がわからなくならないようにするには
発明とは、世の中の問題（課題）を解決する手段（物や方法）です。
コインロッカーの場所がわからなくならないようにするには・・・
事前に対策を立てるか？いざわからなくなってから考えるか？
例えば、こんなのはどうでしょう。
✔駅員さんなどだれかに聞く（鍵やレシートを見せる）
✔コインロッカーやその周辺の写真を撮っておく
✔地図アプリにピン止めしておく
などなど
これらはいずれも良いアイデアですね。
ただ、特許の対象である発明ではありません。
（これらの共通点は「物の使い方」のアイデアであること）
では、こんなのはどうでしょうか？
✔荷物にアイテムを付けておくと、音を鳴らせる・位置検出できる
こういうアイテム（タグ・キーホルダーなど）など「物」を考えます。
物のアイデアであれば、特許の対象である発明になります。
その物の製造販売などで経済が回ります。
特許を目指すなら、アイデアを物に結び付けるといいですね。

An invention is a means (object or method) to solve a problem (issue) in the world.

Should we take precautions in advance? Should I think about it after I don't understand?
For example, how about something like this?
✔Ask someone, such as a station staff member (show them your key or receipt)
✔Take photos of the coin locker and surrounding area
✔Pin it to the map app
etc
These are all good ideas.
However, it is not an invention that is subject to a patent.
(What these have in common is the idea of ``how to use things'')
So how about something like this?
✔If you attach items to your luggage, you can make sounds and detect their location.
Think of "things" such as these items (tags, keychains, etc.).
If it is an idea for a product, it is an invention that is subject to a patent.
The economy revolves around the production and sale of those products.
If you're aiming for a patent, it's a good idea to connect your idea to something.
By the way, "things" also includes applications (programs).
