幸福度が高い東京の区ランキング！２位は港区、１位は？
東京の町の紹介は、不動産会社の広告のバイアスがかかります。
不動産会社が勧めるおしゃれな町は、幸福度が高いとは限りません。
そこで都民のわたしが、利害関係なしに東京の町をご紹介します。
こういう東京の見方もあるのだと、ご参考になれば幸いです。
■幸福度が高い東京の自治体ランキング！２位は港区、１位は？
「幸福度が高い東京の区ランキング」という記事を見ました。
２位は港区だそうです。
お金持ちが住んでそうなイメージですね。
たしかにお金を持っていれば、不幸は避けやすいでしょう。
では１位は？
都民のわたしは、世田谷区あたりを想像していました。
間違っても代官山・自由が丘・表参道ではありません（笑）
これらはおしゃれランキングの上位ですね。
追記：
都市名ではなくエリアを指す場合は「自由が丘」には世田谷区の一部が含まれ、「表参道」には港区の一部が含まれるそうです。
■幸福度が高い東京の区ランキング！１位は中央区！
１位は中央区だそうです！
弊所が以前あった区ですし、現在わたしが住んでいる区です（笑）
そこで、中央区をご紹介します。
中央区といえば、八丁堀・小伝馬町・人形町で有名ですね＾＾；
銀座・日本橋・八重洲・築地もまぁまぁ有名かな？＾＾；
弊所：東雲特許事務所が以前あったのは八丁堀です。
そんな八丁堀を中心に、中央区のメリット・デメリットを挙げます。
＜メリット＞
✔八丁堀は他の町より家賃は安め
✔八丁堀は東京駅まで「歩ける」！→旅行も行きやすい！
✔八丁堀は日比谷線と京葉線の駅あり
✔八丁堀は平日は賑わい、休日は本当に静か（高級住宅街並み！）
✔上記の銀座などにも歩いて行ける（銀座など自体に住むより快適）
＜デメリット＞
✔八丁堀は遊ぶ場所は本当にない（それで休日に人がいない？）
✔「中央区」だと場所がわかりにくい（新宿や渋谷がうらやましい）
✔逆に新宿や渋谷を都心と言われることに不満（あちらは副都心（笑）
■東京への引越しは中央区いかがでしょう？

As a Tokyo resident, I was imagining Setagaya Ward.
Even if I'm wrong, it's not Daikanyama, Jiyugaoka, or Omotesando (lol)
These are at the top of the fashion ranking.

When referring to areas rather than city names, ``Jiyugaoka'' includes part of Setagaya Ward, and ``Omotesando'' includes part of Minato Ward.

It seems that Chuo Ward is in first place!
This is the ward where our office used to be, and the ward where I currently live (lol)
So, I would like to introduce Chuo Ward.
Speaking of Chuo Ward, it is famous for Hatchobori, Kodenmacho, and Ningyocho ^^;
Are Ginza, Nihonbashi, Yaesu, and Tsukiji also famous? ^^;
Our office: Shinonome Patent Office was previously located in Hatchobori.
I will list the advantages and disadvantages of Chuo Ward, focusing on Hatchobori.
<Advantages>
✔Rent in Hatchobori is lower than other towns
✔You can walk to Tokyo Station from Hatchobori! →It's easy to travel!
✔Hatchobori has stations on the Hibiya Line and Keiyo Line
✔ Hatchobori is lively on weekdays, but really quiet on holidays (it's like a high-class residential area!)
✔You can walk to Ginza mentioned above (more comfortable than living in Ginza itself)
<Disadvantages>
✔There really aren't any places to play in Hatchobori (Is that why there are no people on holidays?)
✔It's hard to find the location in "Chuo Ward" (I'm jealous of Shinjuku and Shibuya)
✔On the other hand, I am dissatisfied with the fact that Shinjuku and Shibuya are called urban centers (those are sub-centers (lol))
■How about moving to Tokyo in Chuo Ward?
It's a personal blog, so I wrote freely ^^; Sorry for being too free.
