3 Ways to Overcome Your Poor Phone Calls (You can also use unexpected things!)
Many people find it difficult to make phone calls.
I was not good at it either.
Recently, however, I have come up with a few ideas.
I feel like my phone has gotten a lot easier.
I will tell you the way of thinking.
<Three Ways to Overcome Difficulties with Phones>
(1) Be aware of the recording!
(2) Opponent's reaction is the opponent's task!
(3) Be a good listener!
■(1) Be aware of the recording!
There are two patterns for "recording".
One is when the other party is recording, and the other is when you record yourself.
For example, when you call the government office, the other party is recording.
The other party will also respond so that there is no trouble.
On the other hand, you can also record yourself.
Even if there is a problem, you can leave it as evidence.
It is also ant to listen to the recording again and transcribe it to improve it.
It's very nice to be able to record easily with a smartphone these days.
■(2) Opponent's reaction is the opponent's task!
I'm worried about the other person's reaction on the phone.
Sometimes it's hard to call because you're thinking too much about various cases.
It's just that the opponent's reaction is the opponent's problem (the opponent's problem).
Do your best here, and think of the rest as the other person's problem.
It's called "separation of concerns". Check out the related books at the end!
■(3) Be a good listener!
When interacting with someone on the phone, you don't have to be perfectly responsive.
First, let the other person say what they want to say.
It would be nice to take notes.
Once the other person has spoken, they will enter listening mode.
It's unlikely that you'll be unilaterally beaten up and cut.
So, you can think about it carefully, and you can try again.
With that in mind, don't you feel calm when you call?

What did you think?
The content of this article is the same for conversations (especially conversations with first-timers).
Once you get good at the phone, it's even easier to have a conversation that uses gestures.
This article is a continuation of yesterday's post. Also here.
Only one simple thing recommended for Delicate-san
