人前でうまく話せるようになるとチャンスが広がる（１）
自己紹介で緊張しない方法【人の目を気にしない】
自己紹介に限りませんが、人前で話すのが苦手な方は多いですね。
わたしもです。そこでいろいろ学んでいます。
本田健さんの『きっと、よくなる！』にこんな方法が書いてあります。
要約すると、
✔目につくいろいろなものをテーマに、片っ端から３分スピーチをする
✔例えば、鳥が飛んでいたら、鳥について３分話す
✔１年も経つと、スピーチを教えてくれといわれるぐらいになった
✔人前でうまく話せるようになると、色々なチャンスがやってくる！

■（１）パターン化する
「鳥について３分話す」と言われて話せる方は、すでに話し上手です。
ふつうは「えっ？何を話したらいいの？」となります。
そこで、話し方をパターン化しましょう。
（話し方のパターンは、ネットで調べれば見つかるでしょう。）
本記事では、PREP法と、特許の出願書類っぽい流れをご紹介します。
①PREP法
結論（Point）理由（Reason）例示（Example）結論（Point）です。
結論：わたしは鳥になりたいとは思わない
理由：飛べなくても十分幸せだから
例示：幸福を感じる脳内ホルモンを３種類知っています・・・
結論：よってわたしは鳥になりたいとは思わない
最初に「鳥になりたいという人は多い」としてもいいでしょう。
これに対する反論の形で、上記の流れで話せます。
３分を厳密にしなくてもいいかも知れません。
調整するなら例示の部分が調整しやすく、全体の時間を調整できます。
②特許の出願書類っぽい流れ
従来：これまではこうだった
課題：従来はこんな問題があった
解決：そこでこうした
例示：例えば・・・
発明の説明をしてくれと言われても、ふつうはできません。
こうした流れがあるから、説明がしやすいのです。
