卒業式のマスク問題はシンプル？【子供の権利義務は特殊】
最近ニュースでは、卒業式のマスク問題が多いですね＾＾；
ニュースはいつも「正解のないお題」でアクセスを集めます＾＾；
ただ今回の卒業式のマスク問題は、シンプルに見えたりします。
■卒業式のマスク問題はシンプル？
卒業式は学校の行事ですね。
それなら、学校がルールを作ればいいだけの話しですね。
そのルールが、生徒や父兄に不自由となるものでも仕方ないですね。
学校のルールなんてそんなものです。
あまり議論の余地がない、シンプルな問題のように思えます。
■子供の権利・義務はとても特殊
今回の件で、子供の権利・義務についても考えてみました。
例えば、授業中に寝ていたら、先生に怒られますね。
✔先生には怒る権利があり、生徒には怒られる義務がある？
この権利・義務はどこから来るのか？よく考えると不思議ですね。
学校とは本当に特殊な場です。
子供は権利が制限され、この環境から逃れることはできない。
（その分、子供は、親や社会から守られる点でバランス）
寝ていたら怒られる…大人にとっての会社も同じじゃないかって？
いえいえ全然違います！
■大人の権利・義務はとても明確
仕事中に居眠りしていたら、上司に怒られますね。
✔上司には怒る権利があり、部下には怒られる義務がある
これは上記の生徒と先生の関係と似ていますね。
ただ、全然違うのです。
会社にお勤めの方は、会社と雇用契約を結びますね。
つまり、自分から「会社のルールに従う」と「契約」しているのです。
ですので、居眠りが会社のルール違反なら「債務不履行」です。
怒られても仕方ありません。
（本来なら契約解除（解雇）もあるところ、労基法に守られています）
この点でも、やはり子供の権利・義務はとても不思議なのです。
卒業式の問題からこんなことを考えてみました＾＾；子供がんばれ！
会社に不満があるときは、上記のことも意識してみるといいですね。
（ある意味、会社（上司）は取引先であり、お客様でもあるのです。）
■卒業式のアイデア
最後にちょっとだけ卒業式のアイデアです。
①学校のルールで「マスクは各人の自由」になることもあるでしょう。
マスクをどうするか？クラスのみんなで話ができるといいですね。
②校長先生のお話しや来賓の祝辞などを短くすればいい？（笑）
わたしは高校の卒業式の祝辞が印象に残っています。
21世紀をつくるのはみなさんです！みたいな内容でした。
定番の内容ですが、心には刻まれたものです。
マスク有無くらいで思い出が変わる卒業式にならないことを祈ります！
