無駄な時間は〇〇の中にある～「仕事と愛」【書籍要約】
サブタイトルは「スーパーエリートの条件」です。
本全体の紹介は難しいので、わかりやすい内容を取り上げます。
「時間を活かす」です。ビジネス書でもよくある内容ですね。

✔一見、無駄と思われる時間でも、必要な時間！
（人生には「不要不急の時間」なんてそうそうないのです＾＾；）

このブログも3000記事超えましたが、重要なのは２割ほど？（笑）
重要な内容はYouTube動画にし、ちょうど600本ほどになりました。
今回の本は宗教家が書かれた本なので、知らない方も多いでしょう。
宗教というだけで偏見で排除してしまうのはもったいない！
本記事を台本にしてYouTubeの動画も作りたいと思います。
（ざっくり書いてみたので、さらに学んで加筆修正します。）
