クリぼっちは本質的な幸せを知っている！（１）
ここ渋谷では、手袋やマフラーをしている人をほぼ見ません。
コートも着ていないか、わたしのように薄手のコートが多いですね。
そんな中、はるか先のクリスマスの予想？＾＾；まずは明日を当てて
クリスマスくらいむしろ極寒のほうが雰囲気よさそうですけどね＾＾
と思っていたら、クリスマスってもうすぐなんですね＾＾；
前置きが長かったですが、クリスマス前に書きたかった内容です。

■①クリスマスに一人（クリぼっち）が幸せな人の思考
クリスマスに一人が幸せな人がいます。
ただ、より正確に言えば「一人が好き」とはちょっと違います。
✔一人でいることを「自分で選んだ」ことが幸せなのです。
「自己決定感」は幸せの極めて大きな要素です。
人間の本質的な幸せの一つです！
そしてこの①の幸せな人は、以下の②の人の幸せもわかります。
「大切な人といることを選んだ」人の幸せも理解できるのです。
■②クリスマスに大切な人といるのが幸せな人の思考
クリスマスに大切な人といるのが幸せな人がいます。
（ここでは一例として、２人でいる人とします。）
大切な人といることを「選んだ」２人は、幸せですね。
そして、①の人からも祝福してもらえることでしょう。
ところが、そうでない人もいるかも知れませんね。
クリスマスだからなんとなく・・・みたいな人たちです＾＾；
そんな場合、２人でいてもそこまで幸せ感がないのかも知れません。
なんなら、一人でいる人のことを気にしたりしています。
一人でいる人を寂しいと決めつけたりすることもあるでしょう。
「クリぼっち」もそういう人たちの造語なのかな？＾＾；
せっかくの２人なのに、他人を気にしている場合じゃないですね（笑）
■一人でも、大切な人といっしょでも、幸せなのが一番！
わたしも①と②のどちらのクリスマスもありました。
（いまはクリスマスを忘れるくらい充実の日々で、①です＾＾）
本記事の結論は、
✔一人でも、大切な人といっしょでも、幸せなのが一番！＾＾
ただ①で、一人でいることを自分で選んだのではない方もいますね。
幸せを感じられない方もいるかも知れません。
