展示会で見つけたこんなものも特許の対象になります！【不動産っぽい発明】
３年ぶりの開催ということで、感染症騒ぎが終わってなによりです。

展示会で見つけたアイデアを題材に、特許のお話しです。
あるアイデアで特許を取るためには、次の２ステップが必要です。
①アイデアが特許の対象（発明）であること
②審査をパスすること

「アイデア」という言葉はいろいろな意味で用いられます。
主婦のアイデアとかおばあちゃんの知恵袋なんてものもありますね。
特許の対象は「発明」です。
アイデアの中でも、産業上利用できる発明である必要があります。
「産業上利用できる発明」とは？の一般的な考え方は難しいです。
本記事では、展示会で見つけた特許の対象をご紹介します。

JAPANTEX2022で見つけたアイデアはこんなものです。
✔クッションを壁の収納に片づける。
→どこにどのクッションを収納するかで、壁の模様が変わる！
インテリアトレンドショーらしい画期的なアイデアですね。
インテリアのような不動産っぽいものも、発明として特許の対象です。
不動産っぽい発明としては、こんなものもあります。
✔立体に見える路面標示→車速ダウン、交通事故抑制効果
✔以前ご紹介したホームのベンチの向きを変える（リンクは末尾）
この他、一般にアートやデザインと呼ばれるものも発明になり得ます。
