（１）自己決定感がない
（２）つまらない
（３）時間が長い
■（１）自己決定感がない
映画が苦手な方の「映画」とは、こんな映画ではありませんか？
✔だれかに誘われて、そこまで乗り気じゃないけど行く！
そういう映画だと、自分で決められることはほとんどありません。
いわゆる「自己決定感」は、幸福のカギの一つです。
それなら、観たい映画を決めて、一人で映画館に行ってみませんか？
それなら存分に楽しめるはずです！
複数人で行くときは、みんなを映画に連れて行ってあげましょう。
「利他の精神」も、幸福のカギの一つです。
■（２）つまらない
映画がつまらないという方には、こんな考え方がおススメです。
✔最初はつまらなくても、最後まで観ると面白い映画はいくらでもある
✔映画の感想を情報発信する
タイトルや予告編が面白そうでも、期待外れな映画もあります。
逆に、期待していなかったのに、予想以上に面白かった！
そんな映画もいくらでもあります。
いまはSNS等で、情報発信できます。
あなたの映画情報を欲している人は、一定数いるはずです。
■（３）時間が長い
映画館でつまらない映画だったら、映画を子守唄に熟睡しましょう！
一方、自宅では、映画を観る時間がないですか？
映画は２時間くらい。そんな時間取れないよという方も多いでしょう。

私は２か月で40本近く観ましたが、時間を浪費した感覚はありません。
ポイントは、一気に２時間観ないことです。
隙間時間を使って、何日かに分けて観るといいですね。
