旅行が苦手なのはなぜなのか？旅行が好きになる方法

■（１）自己決定感がない
旅行が苦手な方の「旅行」とは、こんな旅行ではありませんか？
✔だれかが決めたスケジュールに従って、みんなでゾロゾロ行く！
そういう旅行だと、自分で決められることはほとんどありません。
いわゆる「自己決定感」は、幸福のカギの一つです。
それなら、自分ですべて旅行のスケジュールを立ててみませんか？
それなら存分に楽しめるはずです！
複数人で行くときは、みんなのためにスケジュールを立てましょう。
