10月10日はスポーツの日。
どうしても「体育の日」になってしまう世代です（笑）
10月10日は、晴れの特異日だそうですね。
ある方の記憶によれば、40年で雨が１，２度だったそうだとか！
科学的な説明があるのかはわかりませんが、すごい日ですね。
それでもニュースは、荒天と「予想」したようです＾＾；
（たしかに、気象庁の「予報」も、午前６時までは雨予報でした。）
現実はどうなったでしょうか？予想は当たった？＾＾；
少なくとも東京は、午前中から雨はやんでいました。
どう考えましょうか？
ポジティブに頭の体操をしてみましょう！
①ツイてる、②楽しむ、③無視する
■①ツイてる
天気の予想が荒天で、現実が好天なら、ラッキーですね。
積極的に「ツイてる」と口に出すと、幸福度がアップします。
なにかに守られているような気がします。
そう感じさせてくれるニュースの予想に感謝です！
■②楽しむ
ニュースは、悪意はないとしても、なんらかの意図は感じます。
家にいる人が多い方がいいという考えは少なからずあるのでしょう。
そこで、ニュースの予想の意外性や表現を楽しみましょう＾＾；
例えば今週は、ずっと天気はいいようです。
ところがニュースは「黄砂にご注意！」＾＾；そう来たか！
特許や発明を扱う職業柄、意外な発想や表現に注目しています。
天気がいいときにどういう予想をしてくるか、楽しみです＾＾；
■③無視する
ニュースの天気「予想」は、無視してもいいですね＾＾；
気象庁の天気「予報」だけ、ざっと見て参考にするのもいいですね。
ニュースや天気予報の使い方は、人それぞれです。
それに、他人は変えられません。
ポジティブはネガティブの裏返しです。
変にネガティブになるくらいなら、いろいろ考えてポジティブに！
■３回の３連休、いかがでしたでしょうか？
思えばこの３回の３連休（少なくとも私は）傘は出番なかったです。
（むしろ東京は、平日に雨が多かったですね＾＾；）
家で仕事したり映画観たり、外出したりと、いろいろ楽しめました。
観光地もどこも人の山だったようですね＾＾みなさんお楽しみ！
今週は仕事が４日だけの方も多いでしょう。
そして全国的に天気はいいようです！がんばっていきましょう！
