■なぜ夏と冬だけになった気がするのか？
最近こんな声が大きくなっています。
✔秋と春がなくなって、急に、夏から冬になったようです（★）
そんなことないよという方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
感覚は人それぞれですね。
ただ（★）のように思う方のために、マジメに検討してみます＾＾；

■（１）記憶の問題
秋の涼しい日が続いた後に、たまたま暑い日があったとします。
そうすると、涼しい日のことは忘れちゃうのかも知れませんね。
ちなみに「最後の暑い日までを夏」と定義することもできるでしょう。
それなら、季節が夏と冬だけになっても、なにも問題ないですね。
涼しい日・温かい日という快適な日自体は、存在するのですから。
■（２）SNSが不満ばかり
世の中には、暑さが苦手な人も、寒さが苦手な人もいます。
例えば、5月～10月には、暑さが苦手な人が、不満を言う。
11月～4月には、寒さが苦手な人が、不満を言っているとします。
こうして一年中、暑さや寒さについて不満の声ばかりです。
（実際はパレートの法則で、不満の声の80％は20％の人が言っている）
夏と冬だけになった気がするのも、当然なのかも知れませんね。
■（３）ニュースがそう繰り返している
ニュースで、夏と冬だけになったと繰り返しています＾＾；
これでは、私たちがそう誤解するのも、当然ですね。
しかし実際は、（１）のように、涼しい日も温かい日も存在します。
ではなぜ、ニュースはそう繰り返すのか？
最近のニュースは、SNSのネタの焼き直しもしていると言われます。
（２）のような声ばかり拾っているのかも知れませんね＾＾；
■季節への不満は、自分に問題があることのシグナル
いかがでしたでしょうか？
上記で最も重要なのは（２）でしょうか。
（（１）は脳トレでも。（３）のメディアはいつものこと＾＾；）
人間、現状に満足していれば、外部に不満を言うことはないのです。
自分の問題を、季節のせいにしても、仕方ありませんね。
十分な衣類があり、おいしい食べ物があり、快適な住まいがある。
エアコンがあり、お風呂があり、スマホがある。
昔の王様や将軍様よりずっと豊かな生活に感謝したいものですね！
